frequently asked questions

Q: What can a holistic nutritionist help me with?

A: A holistic nutritionist can help you nourish your body, mind, and spirit through personalized guidance and lifestyle support. This includes creating meal plans tailored to your unique needs, addressing digestive health, boosting energy, supporting immune function, managing weight, and promoting overall wellness. A holistic approach considers not just what you eat, but how food, lifestyle, and daily habits impact your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Q: What are your qualifications?

A: I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and have experience counseling and mentoring at-risk teenagers. I am also certified as a Level 1 Detoxification Specialist through the International School of Detoxification and as a Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA. On a personal level, I have lived a healthy plant-based, whole food lifestyle for over 15 years, with an emphasis on raw food, giving me both professional and personal insight into sustainable healthy living.

My clinical experience includes counseling at-risk youth through rehabilitation programs, facilitating group discussions, and leading engaging activities that encourage personal growth and community involvement. I am also a certified volunteer Crisis Counselor, providing support and guidance to individuals in times of need.

My true passion lies in being a positive role model and healthy influence, especially for young people, helping them develop resilience, self-awareness, and the tools to create a balanced, fulfilling life.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: The number of sessions depends on your individual needs, goals, and budget. Some clients may only need 2 to 3 sessions to get started and then follow up as needed, while others benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions for ongoing support. Either way, I am here for you. Reaeach out whenever you’re ready!

Q: Do you provide meal plans?

A: Absolutely! I can create an individualized meal plan tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and budget. I don’t expect clients to eat exactly like me, there’s no “one size fits all” approach. Some people prefer to transition gradually to healthier eating, while others are ready to dive in. By understanding your current habits and health history, I design a plan that works specifically for you.

A: Yes! While in-person sessions are powerful, we can connect through Google meet, Skyle, or What’s App depending on your preference. We’ll schedule a time that works best for your time zone, so distance is never a barrier to receiving support. Visit my Calendly scheduling page to book a session.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes! I offer a 15% discount for students or anyone under the age of 21.
