Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to start when your mind is heavy or your heart is tired. Healing Harmony PC’s Mental Wellness Support sessions are designed to give you a safe, compassionate space to release stress, gain perspective, and feel supported, mind, body, and spirit.
With a degree in Psychology and certification as a trauma informed Crisis Counselor, I’ve supported many people through times of crisis, change, and emotional need. My approach combines professional training with genuine empathy, creating a space where you can open up, feel heard, and leave with tools to support your mental wellness.
This is not traditional therapy, but rather a holistic and heart-centered approach to help you reconnect with yourself and strengthen your mental well-being.
