frequently asked questions

Q: What can a mental wellness coach help me with?

A: A mental wellness coach provides guidance and support to help you manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and develop healthier thought patterns and coping strategies. This type of coaching focuses on building emotional resilience, improving self-awareness, and fostering positive habits that support mental and emotional balance. At Healing Harmony PC, I take a holistic approach, considering all areas of your life—including mindset, emotional health, relationships, lifestyle, and personal goals—to help you create lasting well-being and a sense of inner harmony.

Q: What do you specialize in?

A: I specialize in areas that support mind, body, and spirit, including: Depression, anxiety, substance abuse, PTSD, positive affirmations, mindset shifts, and emotional balance.

Q: What are your qualifications?

A: I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and have experience counseling and mentoring at-risk teenagers. I am also certified as a Level 1 Detoxification Specialist through the International School of Detoxification and as a Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA. On a personal level, I have lived a healthy plant-based, whole food vegan lifestyle for 15 years, with an emphasis on raw foods, giving me both professional and personal insight into sustainable healthy living.

bachelor’s of arts in psychology

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. My clinical experience includes counseling at-risk youth through rehabilitation programs, facilitating group discussions, and leading engaging activities that encourage personal growth and community involvement. I am also a certified volunteer Crisis Counselor, providing support and guidance to individuals in times of need.

My true passion lies in being a positive role model and healthy influence, especially for young people, helping them develop resilience, self-awareness, and the tools to create a balanced, fulfilling life.

Q: How many sessions will I need?

A: The number of sessions depends on your individual needs, goals, and budget. Some clients may only need 2 to 3 sessions to get started and then follow up as needed, while others benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions for ongoing support. Either way, I am here for you. Reach out whenever you’re ready!

Q: I live in another state or country, can you still work with me?

A: Yes! While in-person sessions are powerful, we can connect through Google meet, Skyle, or What’s App depending on your preference. We’ll schedule a time that works best for your time zone, so distance is never a barrier to receiving support. Visit my Calendly scheduling page to book a session.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes! I offer a 15% discount for students or anyone under the age of 21.
