payment and cancellation policy

Payment is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To respect both your time and mine, I require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made without this notice, as well as “no-shows,” will incur the full session fee.

If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours written notice and reschedule your session with my approval as soon as possible. Prioritizing your sessions is important to gain the full benefit.

Please note that I do not offer refunds on services. Paid sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase.
